The case for secure, renewable biofuels is clear – the challenge is cost. Cassava and algae offer significant cost advantages over other biofuel crops, with the potential of providing a wide range of advanced biofuels and increased energy security with significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. Phycal is integrating the production of these advanced biofuels.

• We produce an advanced biofuel ethanol from cassava
• We produce a range of advanced biofuels from algae: algae oil, drop-in renewable diesel and jet fuel, biodiesel, and others
• To produce these advanced biofuels at market competitive prices, we have backward integrated into the production of our main carbon feedstocks: carbon dioxide (from our cassava ethanol plants) and sugar (from our cassava farms)
